Extreme disappointment!
I have ordered few things and received that my package is ready to be sent.
After some time, maybe an hour they contacted me saying that one of the items I ordered is out of stock, but I will receive the rest. I kindly requested they cancel the whole order in this case. My request was denied and I need to wait for the package to arrive, so I can cancel it. Their email explanation is that their system is automatic.
The they could have done was to contact me before sending me a partial order, so I have a chance for a reaction.
I just went there to buy a perfume. I knew what I wanted, so no extra help was needed. However, I have been waiting for 30 minutes to get asked if I want something. The staff saw me there and didn’t even say hello, nothing, not a word. Worst customer experience. I was wearing a hoodie and had a bagback with me, so maybe I wasn’t looking like they regular customer. I’m guessing that was reason to be ignored.

A lot of perfume brands you can find it here. We spent almost the whole afternoon here because we can not decide which perfume to buy. Too many options!
Besides big brands like Penhaligon's, Ex nihilo, they also got some small perfume brands. But I don’t think they got Serge Lutens.
The employees are very friendly, even if we spend whole afternoon smelling around the whole store lol.
The girl who help us is also very professional. We said we want to try fig smell perfume then she gave us like five different taster.

Great selection of products over two floors. Very clean and open, even a coffee machine for clients. You could spend hours here. Many interesting brands and a supérieur selection of candles. The staff are extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable, I highly recommend a visit to Skins Cosmetics if you are in the Netherlands.
An absolutely peerless collection of fragrances from niche and ultra niche brands. Everything from the well known Creed and Frederic Malle to the little known Ella K, Floraiku and Salle Privee is represented here. The store covers two floors and predominantly deals in fragrances and home fragrance although there are some skin care ranges on the lower floor. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. They'll even offer your refreshments while you shop. For lovers of perfume or those wishing to expand your horizons, this is a great place to visit. Best in Amsterdam by a mile.
